With so much great technology floating about now one would think we are headed for modern times. But here is the bite - HR and company policies do not change as fast as technology does. I know many orgs that have world class software yet wouldnt let employees use them for fear that they maybe abused eg...a learning management software has excellent features for online chat with trainers and running online discussion groups for trainees. But these features are unused since administrators fear employees may abuse them. Whats the point having advanced software if you wont use it ?
